Up for sale is simply one of Martin's finest guitars - a beautiful 2002 Martin HD-28VS from their very desirable Vintage Series line of instruments. This incredible Martin acoustic features a slotted headstock, with beautiful solid East Indian Rosewood back, sides and headstock overlay. It is a standard dreadnaught body style with a beautiful Sitka Spruce top with a natural polished gloss finish with "aged toner". Inside the body is standard "X" scalloped bracing. The select hardwood neck features a stunning Ebony fingerboard with pearl diamond and square long pattern inlays, topped with a beautiful East Indian Rosewood headstock overlay with small old-style Martin logo and three-per-side Waverly nickel side mounts with classic Butterbean knobs. The belly bridge is also made of solid Ebony, with white bridge pins and tortoise dots, which matches the beveled tortoise pickguard. 

Overall, the guitar is in NEAR MINT condition. There really is nothing to report that affects the overall beauty of this incredible instrument. The tone is ... well, if you've ever played a Martin then you know the tone is amazing. If you've never played a Martin, you're in for the treat of a lifetime!

This is probably one of the most underrated of the Martin Vintage Series guitars, and a great value considering the price of a brand new one. 

This very collectible Martin also comes an original Martin case with plush green interior.
