Up for sale is one of the finest Ovation models of all-time: a beautiful 1911 Custom Legend Model No. 1759. This is the 12-string version, serial number 439974. The guitar also comes with the original Ovation hardshell case.

This beauty comes from the collection of an established and now-retired studio/working musician who primarily played the bass guitar. He also had a very nice collection of both electric and acoustic guitars, and this is one of the acoustics. As you can see in the pictures below, the guitar has been very well cared for. It has been played, and shows the usual marks associated with normal play wear. But there is nothing to report that takes anything away from the overall beauty, playability and tone of this incredible acoustic. Anything worth mentioning can be seen clearly in the pictures below.

The detail and workmanship on this guitar makes it one of the finest models Ovation has ever produced, and you simply cannot beat it for the price.
